The Business residence checklist presupposes a certified work permit and asks for medical/police evidence, personal and company tax clearance, personal/company application letters, trader’s licence, employment contract, a director’s memorandum where relevant, certified passport and entry/previous-permit page, education evidence, a visa certificate where applicable and six months of bank statements. The first unlabelled fee block, aligned by position with Business, lists a two-year option at M3,000 and indefinite at M25,000. Home Affairs separately states that non-citizens with five or more years of lawful Lesotho residence may apply for citizenship; this is an application possibility, not automatic acquisition.
