  • Read §2 (Жашап турууга уруксат) of the Annex to Cabinet Resolution No. 541 of 10.10.23 in full. It states only that a foreign citizen may apply, that issuance follows Government Resolution No. 626 of 13.11.2008, and the two permit types with their terms (3 and 5 years). The 5-year figure is the PERMIT's term of validity, not a qualifying period, and was deliberately not written into this box. The qualifying period, if any, would be in Resolution No. 626, which is not in this capture set.
