Who may sponsor or bring the family member, and what immigration/citizenship status must that person hold?

The sponsor must be a person residing in the Kyrgyz Republic on a Service ("O"), Investment ("I"), Special Work ("SW1"/"SW2"), Family Visit "Tuugandar" ("RL"), Student ("S") or Digital Nomad ("DN") visa, or on the basis of a Unified Permit, a resident card, a residence permit, registration at the place of stay (for citizens of visa-free states), or "kayrylman" status.

What is important for proving marriage, partnership, parentage, custody, dependency or another qualifying relationship?

The checked official sources did not provide enough route-specific evidence to confirm the evidence needed to prove the family relationship.

Limits of the record
  • The FF entry names the qualifying relatives but no evidence at all. Searched the whole page for marriage certificate, birth certificate, proof of relationship, dependency and custody wording: none. The generic documentation FAQ lists only passport, photo and payment card and applies to all e-Visa applications, so it was not placed here.

What important financial, accommodation, insurance or maintenance responsibilities apply?

The checked official sources did not provide enough route-specific evidence to confirm the financial, accommodation, insurance or maintenance requirements.

Limits of the record
  • Searched the whole e-Visa information page for funds, maintenance, accommodation, housing and insurance wording: none appears, for this route or any other. The only money statement affecting FF is that family members of an Investment Visa holder are exempt from consular charges — a fee waiver, not a maintenance responsibility — and it was deliberately not used here.

How does the application work at a high level, what rights does the family member receive, how long does the status last, and how can it become independent or longer-term where officially stated?

The FF visa is valid for up to 90 calendar days, with no right to engage in employment or individual entrepreneurial activity, or any other activities associated with the generation of profit in the Kyrgyz Republic. The official source does not state how the application is made or any path to independent or longer-term status.

Limits of the record
  • the source does not describe how the application is made
  • no route from the FF visa to an independent or longer-term status is stated
