Which exceptional-talent, academic, scientific, artistic, technological, cultural or other profiles does the pathway target?

The route is for researchers holding a valid residence permit for research issued by another EU Member State who enter Italy to continue research already started in that Member State (art. 27-ter, comma 11, T.U. Immigrazione).
