What is important for proving marriage, partnership, parentage, custody, dependency or another qualifying relationship?
Original authenticated marriage certificate; recent photos of the spouses together; a letter of explanation signed by both spouses on the nature of the relationship, life together and how they met; references from family and friends with copies of their ID cards and contact information; evidence of a centre of life in Israel (e.g. home purchase or rental contract, utility bills, pay slips, bank printouts, Kupat Holim membership, National Insurance benefits, local council residence confirmation). Documents issued outside Israel must be authenticated (apostille for Hague Convention countries) and translations notarised by an Israeli notary.
