What is important for proving marriage, partnership, parentage, custody, dependency or another qualifying relationship?
Certificates attesting to the family connection between the Israeli child and the parent; official documents on the parent's current and previous marital status; a written declaration, signed by the parent before a Population and Immigration Authority clerk, that the parent has no additional children living outside Israel; a letter of explanation (where the parent lived and worked, friends, holidays, relationship with the inviting children, reasons); documents in languages other than Hebrew, Arabic and English must be notarially translated into Hebrew and official documents authenticated (apostille where applicable).
