Which family relationships qualify?
The spouse, civil partner or de facto partner of a Critical Skills Employment Permit holder or a researcher on a Hosting Agreement (both listed as Category B). A de facto partner may be of the opposite or same sex and must show a genuine, long-term, durable relationship and at least two years living together as a family unit.

A genuine, long-term, durable relationship Living with their de facto partner as a family unit for at least two years.
