For the C1 tourism route, the Immigration Directorate publishes an advance single-entry visit visa to be requested through evisa.imigrasi.go.id. Its published initial stay is up to 60 days. This establishes the entry permission for a traveller applying under this route; it is not a nationality-wide rule about visa-free travel, visa on arrival or other visa categories. What important funds, accommodation, invitation, insurance, onward-travel or passport evidence may be required?

Travel document valid for at least 6 months (12 months for non-national documents such as emergency passports); proof of living funds as a bank statement for the last 3 months in the name of the foreigner or sponsor, of at least USD 2,000 or equivalent; stateless persons and holders of non-national travel documents must also attach a re-entry permit to the country where the visa was applied for and a return or onward ticket (crew excepted).
