Granted by decision of the Secretary of the Decentralised Administration on application with the Article 176 documents, provided the applicant has full medical and hospital cover and has not been absent from Greece for two consecutive years. Permits of this limb renew automatically for ten years each time if the holder has not been absent for two consecutive years and there are no public-order or security grounds. A ten-year permit is revoked on the grounds of Article 15.
