What exact status does accumulated residence lead to?

The checked official sources did not provide enough route-specific evidence to confirm the status that accumulated residence leads to.

  • Not established: the correction failed a second independent check (GENERICA: Still describes the route's purpose (one year to seek work as E.1/E.3/E.4 or set up a business); it does not state a status that accumulated residence leads to. The conversion to E.1/E.3/E.4/B.2 is already answered in r5 from C2 there; the round-1 defect persists.)

What qualifying residence period is required and when does the period begin?

No accumulated residence period is required: the permit follows the completion of studies or research. The application may be lodged at least 30 days before the study (H.1) or research (H.3) permit expires; if the diploma or the research-completion confirmation is not yet available, the person may stay to submit it within 3 months of the previous permit's expiry.
