What exactly is this: asylum, temporary protection, humanitarian admission, resettlement or another protection mechanism?

In-country route: the permit is granted to third-country nationals who are in Greece. A passport is required, even if expired; where it is objectively impossible to obtain one, the permit can still be granted after a reasoned request and an opinion of the Migration Committee.
