Which population, circumstances or geographic group does the mechanism cover?

The spouse, civil partner and minor unmarried children living in a family unit with the section 25b(1) beneficiary, if they meet conditions nos. 2-5 of section 25b(1) sentence 2 (commitment to the free democratic basic order and basic knowledge of the legal and social order, livelihood mainly secured through work, A2 oral German, and proof of actual school attendance of school-age children).
