Parents or a custodial parent of a minor who holds a section 25a(1) permit (discretionary), if deportation is not prevented or delayed by false statements, identity/nationality deception or failure to remove departure obstacles, and livelihood is secured independently through employment; minor children of such a parent living with them in a family unit may also receive a permit.
