g) a permanent residence permit, which is issued to a minor child of a citizen of Georgia, to a parent of a minor citizen of Georgia, as well as to a spouse of a citizen of Georgia who has resided in Georgia for the last 5 years on the basis of a residence permit for a spouse of a citizen of Georgia.

To issue a permanent living permit to a minor child of a citizen of Georgia, or to a parent of a minor citizen of Georgia:

) a residence permit of a spouse of a citizen of Georgia, which is issued before obtaining a permanent residence permit;

a.d) Proof of kinship with a citizen of Georgia;

2. To determine the validity of the marital bond and the formation of a family between the married individuals, the Commission shall be authorised to interview them both separately and jointly. The married individuals shall be obliged to provide explanations to the Commission, submit all possible evidence and documents confirming the validity of the marital bond, appear before the Commission upon its request, and, where required, grant the Commission the opportunity to verify the information indicated in the relevant documents, including by visiting and inspecting the place of residence, and interviewing relevant persons.

a.e) Document evidencing legal income earned in Georgia by the alien and/or by a citizen of Georgia; if the citizen of Georgia is of retirement age or receives social assistance, a document evidencing the receipt of a state pension or social assistance; the funds available in the alien’s personal bank account may also be considered as income, which shall not be less than the amount of the state pension;

1. To obtain a Georgian residence permit, an alien shall apply to the Agency in person or through an authorised representative.

g) a permanent residence permit provided for by Article 15(g) of this Law and an unlimited residence permit provided for by Article 15(k) of this Law shall be issued with the right of permanent living;

) a residence permit for a spouse of a citizen of Georgia provided for by subparagraph (g 1 ) shall be issued for the term of 1 year, which may be extended for 2 years each time, but not for more than 5 years in total. Upon expiration of 5 years, provided that the marriage is maintained, a permanent residence permit shall be issued in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Georgia;
