What organisation, institution, religious body, charity, teacher or host must support the activity?

The host must be a foundation or an association recognised as being of public utility, or an association belonging to a federation itself recognised as of public utility. The association or foundation needs prior administrative approval, granted by the High Commissioner to a body with at least three years of existence that holds the approval under Article 15 of the Law of 23 May 2006; the approval sets the maximum number of foreign volunteers it can host.
