What medical treatment/purpose does the route cover and which applicant role does it address: patient, donor or another medical purpose?

This route is a temporary 'vie privée et familiale' residence card for medical treatment ('pour soins'), addressed to the patient: a foreign national habitually residing in France whose condition requires medical care without which their health would become critical, and who cannot access appropriate treatment in their country of origin.

What acceptance, appointment, referral, treatment plan or healthcare-provider documentation is important?

The applicant downloads the medical certificate from their ANEF personal space, has it completed by their doctor and sends it to the Ofii, within 1 month of it being made available in the general case. The Ofii doctor may, with consent, ask the certifying doctor or any other health professional for additional medical information.
