Limits of the record
  • The capture identifies approved programme organisations but does not establish every host-specific condition.

What proves the placement, role, affiliation, experience or cultural/religious/voluntary activity?

Proof consists of details of the organisation arranging the voluntary work and an agreement signed with the organisation describing the voluntary service scheme and its content, and the duration, location and supervision conditions of the work.

Can the person receive salary, pocket money, accommodation, meals or reimbursement? Can they undertake other work?

The volunteer organisation must provide sufficient financial resources for the stay, which may take the form of accommodation, meals and pocket money; the agreement must document funds covering subsistence and accommodation and a minimum pocket-money sum. The permit gives the right to do voluntary work only, not other work.

Limits of the record
  • Not established: the correction failed a second independent check (NAO_SUSTENTA: The citations give the fees '230 € / 430 €' but not their labels; 'online' vs 'paper' comes only from uncited headings ('Electronic application fee' / 'Paper application fee'). The fee is also not asked in r5.)

These are the answers currently recorded in the catalogue. A missing or partial answer is not an eligibility decision.
