Which travellers require a transit visa/permission and which officially documented exemptions are important?
A transit pass is available to a person who wishes to enter Swaziland (Eswatini) for the purpose of travelling to a destination outside Swaziland. Exempted persons (a class or description of person exempted by the Minister under the Act) do not need an entry permit or pass. The official source does not state which nationalities must obtain a transit pass or which classes the Minister has exempted.
