Which types of income/assets are accepted according to the official source?

A permanent monthly income or rent coming from a company or body of foreign origin, evidenced by a certified proof of the origin of the income and a Dominican bank certification. Salary income does not count.

What income, savings or financial-resources threshold applies and how does family affect it where officially specified?

Minimum income of US$2,000 per month (or the equivalent in Dominican pesos), plus an additional US$250 per month for each dependant applying together with the main applicant.
