- Civil Status Evidence
Marriage, single-status or cohabitation evidence must be supplied where applicable.
- Criminal Record Last Five Years
An apostilled or legalised criminal-record certificate is required from the country of origin or residence during the previous five years.

A guarantee policy from an insurer authorised by DGM is required.
