Is this for a founder, startup entrepreneur, self-employed person, freelancer, company owner or another business profile?

The NS visa request letter must be signed by the company or institution to which the beneficiary belongs, on letterhead, stating the beneficiary's activity, economic means and purpose of travel; religious applicants need a request letter from the inviting church and proof of the church's registration in the Dominican Republic.
