Which citizenship, status or regional agreement creates the person's right to move/reside?
Free movement is granted to approved categories of CARICOM skilled nationals: university graduates, media workers, sportspersons, artistes and musicians (approved in 2001 under Article 45 of the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramas); nurses, teachers and artisans with a CVQ (approved by the Conference of Heads of Government in 2006); domestic workers (2009); and agriculture workers and private security officers (approved at the 18th Special Meeting, December 2018).
