In order to qualify for a residence permit, you and your spouse/partner normally need to fulfil an integration requirement. | You, the applicant will normally need to have visited Denmark at least once.
- Age requirement
Your marriage needs to be legally valid or you need to be cohabitating partners | You and your spouse/partner normally need to be at least 24 years old in order for you to qualify for family reunification.
