A parent in Denmark holding a time-limited refugee permit (Aliens Act s. 7 or 8), a time-limited permit as family of such a refugee, a time-limited permit with possibility of permanent residence, or permanent residence. Children of SIRI work/study permit holders apply as accompanying family members, and children of EU-law residents apply for an EU residence document instead.
