Is this aimed at retirees, pensioners, financially independent people, passive-income holders or another profile?

Which types of income/assets are accepted according to the official source?

An original bank declaration is accepted, stating that the applicant has sufficient financial means to support himself and his family. The official source does not state which income or asset types the declaration may reflect.

A renewal request for the rentier permit can be submitted from 4 months before the expiry date; for a first application the decision must be awaited abroad, while for a renewal it can be awaited in Curacao.
