Is this aimed at retirees, pensioners, financially independent people, passive-income holders or another profile?

The route is aimed at pensioners: a person planning to enjoy their pension in Curaçao must submit a request for a Van Rechtswege declaration with the purpose 'gepensioneerd' (pensioner). A person invoking the penshonado arrangement must also supply an original statement from a locally established accountant or audit firm. The Declaration checklist states no fixed amount for the pensioner or accompanying family; the family table on a separate residence-permit page cannot be assigned to this route.
