    Está dirigido a personas extranjeras que, con ocasión de realizar gestiones ejecutivas o directivas relacionadas con negocios o inversiones que empresas mantengan en Chile, deban entrar regularmente al país.

    Carta o certificado emitida por la institución extranjera a la que representa el solicitante, especificando su función e intereses, que además permitan acreditar la existencia de una renta asociada a esta gestión de negocios, debidamente apostillados o legalizados según corresponda.

The holder may carry out the executive or management business activities described for this route, but the total time spent in Chile under this permit may not exceed six months in each calendar year. A dependant of the holder may be granted their own Temporary Residency permit if their situation falls under numerals 1 and 2 of article 74 of Law N° 21.325.
