The profile is open to a person who already lives in Quebec, has set up an innovative company there and wishes to carry out an innovative project through it; the programme's general conditions are framed around obtaining permanent resident status, with the financial self-sufficiency commitment running for the three months from the date that status is obtained. The official source does not state the approval sequence, the duration of any status or its renewal.
