The MFA says a tourist visa can be single- or double-entry and is issued for no longer than 30 days. The general category C visa validity cap is 90 days, but the tourism-specific page gives the narrower 30-day visa period. Where/how is permission obtained when required, and under what important circumstances can a stay be extended or changed?

Entry visas are issued by Belarusian diplomatic missions and consular institutions and by the Foreign Admissions Division of the MFA Consular Directorate at National Airport Minsk.
