Belarusian law says medical care for temporarily residing foreigners is funded from their own resources, legal entities or other lawful sources, unless legislation or a treaty provides otherwise. The MFA generally requires health-insurance cover in Belarus for the temporary-residence period, with an insured amount of at least €10,000 and proof by policy, card or another insurance document; its page lists stated CIS, Russian and Turkmen treaty exemptions. The cited route rule does not set treatment-payment proof or a living-funds threshold.
