The MFA lists visa-free entry for ordinary travellers from Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia (including stateless residents), Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia (including non-citizens), Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, North Macedonia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Vatican City. Entry is by international road or rail checkpoints.

The normal limit is 30 days from entry; citizens of Poland, Lithuania and Latvia, including Latvia non-citizens, may stay 90 days from entry. Use is unlimited through 31 December 2026, but total visa-free stays may not exceed 90 days in a calendar year.
