What application progression, residence obligations, family consequences or further citizenship/residence possibilities follow?

This leads to a permanent-residence permit issued indefinitely. A holder must register within three months and live at the registered address. The permit may be cancelled for the grounds listed in Article 57, including loss of the route ground (subject to its five-year continuous lawful-residence exception), another country’s permanent residence, more than one year outside Belarus, six months without lawful income at the subsistence minimum, or more than one year without a valid residence document; Article 57 also lists other events such as false documents, permanent departure, deportation, Belarusian citizenship and death. If cancellation leaves no other lawful stay basis, the usual departure period is one month after notification, subject to protection-law exceptions. The official source does not state family consequences.
