The page gives examples, including the United States, Canada, EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and the United Kingdom, but does not list all 67 nationalities. The MFA also states that foreign nationals and stateless persons are currently not allowed to enter Belarus from Russia on a Belarusian e-visa for technical reasons.
