What happens after the request: registration, family handling, major support and rights where officially stated?

The law grants an applicant for refugee status, complementary protection or asylum a temporary-residence permit for the period while the application is examined. The official legal clause does not give a fixed maximum duration for that pending period. The official source does not state registration, family handling or support during the procedure.
