What investment option or options qualify?
The qualifying investment options are: (1) Investor: being the CEO or CFO of a company with annual sales of minimum Afl. 10 million net; or qualifying as a foreigner for a director’s licence in accordance with the National Ordinance Establishment Companies and possessing shares with a minimum value of Afl. 125,000. (2) Shareholder: possessing 40% of the shares of the issued capital of a company based in Aruba, with a minimum value of Afl. 250,000.
