What acceptance, appointment, referral, treatment plan or healthcare-provider documentation is important?

Applicants must provide a clinical history identifying the condition and planned treatment in Argentina. For a public hospital it must be signed by its director; for private treatment, the professional's signature must be certified by the Argentine health ministry.
