What maximum stay, rolling-period rule, validity and entry rules apply?
ASAC 41.1007(c)(6) sets a fee of $50.00 per month for the multiple entry permit and makes it available for commercial business travelers only, but it states no maximum stay, per-entry stay, validity period or entry rule for the permit; the "$50.00 per month" is the permit fee, not a length of stay. Separately, A.S.C.A. 41.0502(a)(3)(D) provides that a tourist or business person may stay up to 30 days and, with approval of the Attorney General or his designee, an additional 30 days, with no extension of stay beyond 60 days after original entry into the Territory; the official source does not state that this rule governs the multiple entry permit.

Limits of the record- Inference, not stated in any source: the statutory category 'tourist or business person' (ASCA 41.0502(a)(3)) is being read as covering the 'commercial business travelers' to whom ASAC 41.1007(c)(6) restricts multiple entry permits. No source links the two expressly.
- Neither source says whether the 30-day limit runs per entry or cumulatively for a multiple entry permit holder; the statutory 60-day cap is measured from 'original entry into the Territory'.
- ASAC 41.1007(d) (30 days, one 30-day extension) is conditioned on subsections (a), (b) and (c)(1) to (c)(5); it does not mention the (c)(6) multiple entry permit.
- '$50.00 per month' (ASAC 41.1007(c)(6)) is a fee line. The permit's validity period is not stated in any source found; do not derive a duration from the fee.
- The Department of Legal Affairs visitor-permit pages list only a Samoa 10-day permit and two 30-day visitor permits; the site's 39-page sitemap has no page on multiple entry or business permits.
