For any visa application the MFA Visa Department requires a nationality certificate, the completed online form, two standard 5x4 photos on a white background taken within six months, and the payment receipt; the Afghan Embassy in Islamabad additionally requires a passport with at least six months' validity and blank pages. No funds, accommodation, insurance or onward-travel evidence is published for the visitor visa.
